”The shower didn't work, the TV didn't work and the phones didn't work. I asked the hotel staff to call me to discuss the situation and they didn't. I emailed the property and asked them to address the situation and they didn't. They clearly didn't care once I had left.”

”Not like how it used to be when it was extended stay. Your “cleaned room” will have the previous persons clothing and dirty towels all over the bathroom, and it’s no longer the cheap place in Rochester where u knew u would not bring bugs home. sadly I couldn’t count how many Roaches I saw”
