”very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we...

”My room was not cleaned daily. We ran out of toilet paper and had to use tissue in the bathroom. On each occasion during breakfast, they ran out of items, and you had to wait around for it. First day, they ran out of bacon, hot water for tea and bread. Second day, they ran out of bagel, Mild for coffee and hot water for tea again. They had limited fruits”

”Room was clean door to room has a gap and does not seal close on many rooms. The shower had low pressure and tub was uneven on the bottom. Overall safe place for your vehicle and comfortable bed to sleep in.”

”It was very close to the casino, so that was a big plus. Pool and a pool table were a nice to have. We had a lovely buffet breakfest one morning, with the waitress brining us everything we needed and more, just to discover the next morning that buffet breakfest was no longer served - which was a huge dissapointment. The room was clean, and refreshed every day, but the black-out curtains were broken, so we needed to use clothes pins to close them togetehr. The hallways and elevators had unatended...

”Very convenient location. I was actually surprised how impeccably neat and clean the room was after walking through a rather shabby entrance door and the hallway. But the room of course is the more important. Good air conditioning, good shower. Fridge is basic and very small + watch out for the preset T - it was set too low (as for the freezer), which froze all my veggies that I put in it.”

”Shower curtían was moldy, the room had a door to another room and I was alone. The door to the room was hard to open and close and made a loud sound. At least front desk staff was so friendly ”

”Pros: Good location, friendly staff, ADA room was actually accessible with good supports in the bathroom. Cons: Filthy. I don't think they vacuum ever, bathroom was disgusting and blanket had stains. Water pressure is terrible. Staff sits outside the front entrance on their phones, smoking cigarettes. Would not recommend.”
