The Maids Head Hotel
"Excellent, upmarket hotel in the centre of the city. Parking was busy and would probably be full by early evening. We chose the hotel because of the parking and had no problems with our large car. Good breakfast but no a la carte choice - i.e. fixed price for the buffet."

"Hotel had plumbing issues and willing staff need direction. Under new management who are still trying to get to terms with the job. Its a shame because fundermentally it could be a great hotel."

"Loved the children’s free ice or fruit . Children’s play area at breakfast. Dog friendly. Loved the warm pool and hot tub. I’m diabetic and had a low blood sugar. The man at the pool helped me .
