Hotellit uima-altaalla - Nuevo Nayarit, Nayarit

”Great breakfast and immaculate facilities Bit of a walk to beach. Highly recommended”

”We came to stay one night on a return trip to MX. We found it under new management & we’re not disappointed. Midway thru our trip the threat of Hurricane Simon shut down everything in PV. We were stuck so returned to Casa Virgilio’s to wait out a flight home. The staff were very accommodating! We recommend Casa Virgilio’s!”

”Problem when arrived to hotel. First they didn't find our reservation. After 30 min. search it was found but our confirmation indicated Jr. Suite with balcony, but this was not available only without balcony so se were obliged to "upgrade" to next category with 45 € extra per night. This was really annoying specially as coming tired after 12 hour flight. "upgraded room" was indeed nice and afterwards service was excellent. ”

”It is incredible that when you are at the property the staff cannot deliver proper information about th theme park. We were iinvited to visit it on a day it was closed, they did not let us know that and they did not provide any info on how the ticket price works during the soft opening, we had to investigate on tik tok. The property is excellent but this detail changed all our travel experience.”

”The directions to this property are incorrect on the Hotels.com App and pinned the location to Nuevo Vallarta, which is Not where Park Life Tizate is as it is further north in La Cruz, so after driving around for an hour the raxi driver contacted his office to get the proper directions, which we were susequently charged and additional $900 MX pesos.
