”Maria war uns eine unglaubliche Hilfe, sie hat unsere Reise unvergesslich und stressfrei gestaltet. Vielen Dank, Maria!”

”Cons:-Check in was rough. 2 separate addresses were provided which confused things and the host preferred to play chat tag as opposed to calling to efficiently communicate. Lock box was hard to find, attached to something other than what was described and the key was in the wrong lock box. -Lock on the outside of the door to the apt itself was very hard to lock/unlock. -toilet is very small, if you are bigger than a small child you have to sit side saddle on it due to how close to the wall it...

”Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again.”

”Great spot, great space. Great communication. Would definitely book the place again.”

”Great value! I would definitely stay again!”

”DO NOT RENT - THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM! Only upon arriving at the airport did we receive check-in instructions outside of the VRBO app (the property manager texted us). They sent a link to a completely different address (8W 90th Apt 7) instead of 483 Amsterdam which is the listed address you see after booking. The apartment doesn’t match the listing. It’s a very old building and you have to climb 5 flights of stairs. The kitchen is much smaller, the bathroom is different than the pictures...

”We didn’t spend much time at the apartment other than at night to sleep. The location is awesome & close to a lot of stuff. The only downside was only being able to use one appliance at a time. We definitely understood we were in an old building but being a group of 3 women it did make getting ready a lengthy task. The beds were really comfortable & the patio space was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!”

”a last minute change to a different location and size of apartment was made without notification. only found out of the change when we received the checkin information on the day of checkin. the new place was nice but was not what we ordered. Host was very slow to responds, 2-3 day. when she did she made some financial adjustments. VRBO took my calls right away and started working on a solution. in the end we were able to enjoy the apartment we stayed in and received a partial refund for...

”Der einzige Nachteil war die Größe des Zimmers und des Bettes, aber hey, es ist New York! Insgesamt ist es eine fantastische Unterkunft mit superfreundlichem Personal. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt!”
