”All staff members are warm and professional. My room 802 is partial ocean view and very big room! There’s a brand new market next to this hotel. They have everything including fresh fruits, vegetables, homemade pizzas, burgers, salads, sweets, clothes and souvenirs and etc… ”

”We expected a bit more of this hotel. The staff was not very friendly and not flexible at all. They were very strict about not giving the room us before 3pm and not showing any empathy for us who had been awake 24 hours after a flight. The parking was also very expensive, 28$ per night. The location was good and the housekeeping did their job well. However the room was quite outdated and in a need of a proper facelift.”

”The only thing I did not like was the massive accidentals deposit. No issues though and it was refunded as we did not cause any damage”

”Absolutely loved having a room with three double beds, even without a view! Lots of room for luggage, too. Local musicians every night made the trip memorable. The restaurant near the pool has lovely outdoor seating and good food and drinks. Breakfast at Monkeypod was delicious! Beach area was smaller than expected but we preferred beaches other than Waikiki anyway.”

”The hotel is in the best location, very close to everything but quietly tucked away so it’s still very relaxing. Our room overlooking the water was superb, coffee and water plus popcorn at the lobby are sweet touches. However, for us, it’s the staff who are the true gems of this hotel. Special shout out to Erica and Khrycel. They are very gracious! Will definitely be back!”
