Being that the Drake is a luxury hotel that is not inexpensive, it would be nice if they would provide SOME type of complimentary breakfast to its guests. Maybe not buffet style but at LEAST continental with coffee and tea. We rented a King Junior Suite and had to go elsewhere for breakfast. The Colonial doesn’t have much variety. I got charged late check out when I left way before the checkout time and I wasn’t Ass what time I wanna to check out The art made the Back small I don’t like the thing in the room and it looks like they have arts not properly on the wall, which made me concerned if it’s gonna fall on me being in the bed It was over the bed”

”We love the Palmer House! This is our “go to” hotel when we travel to Chicago. It is close to theaters, concert halls, Michigan Ave with museums, restaurants, parks, etc. The hotel lobby is incredible! A great place to relax, have a beverage, people watch, and enjoy. The room we recently stayed in was beautiful! We were surprised with a suite and so much room to enjoy.”

”Be aware no housekeeping services if staying less than 6 nights and property does not always answer phone when calling. Requested towels and called 4 times…took a day and half to finally receive. Additionally property not very accommodating. The rooms are good though, service was just not up to par of other hotels we have stayed in. Would not recommend or book again. ”
