”Good place for an overnight stay when visiting Soho Farmhouse. Comfortable rooms with lovely bathroom. We have stayed here a couple of times now.”

”The historic building is simply beautiful, very charming, and well-restored. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The service in the restaurant was very friendly but extremely slow. The food was rather mediocre. Breakfast was actually quite poor. There was barely a tablespoon of yogurt with the granola, and the toast was cold and hard like rusk. The location itself is beautiful.”

”Visited on Monday 15 June. No staff to check in, just a door bell to security they then let you in to get your key from a key safe inside. No dinner or bar on Monday nights so went to the pub over the road. Double Room petite and bijou but adequate. Left before breakfast so did not speak to any staff during our stay!!!! On our previous visit we did have a very nice breakfast. Recommend it but don’t expect to be pampered, more like an Air B&B at least on a Monday or Tuesday.”

Tällä kertaa huone oli sivusiivessä eikä huoneessa ollut mitään erityistä, aika vaatimaton oikeastaan, mutta hintaansa nähden sekin oli ihan kelpo. Hyvä aamiainen. Loistava sijainti ulkoiluun, hyvät ja kauniit kävelymaastot ja pubeja sopivan matkan päässä. Sijaitsee kauniissa kylässä, joka usein näkyy Midsomerin murhissa - samoin hotelli. Sievää kuin mikä...”

”Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schönes großes Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Dusche. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage ist malerisch.”

”The hotel room was not clean. There was noticeable dust throughout the room and hair on the bathroom floor. The entire hotel lacked air conditioning, and to make matters worse, the fan in our room was not functioning properly”

”The room was dirty and the furniture was very worn and tatty. I checked in at 9 pm and the hotel was clearly pretty empty. Breakfast was very small and expensive. My son went golfing in the morning, but despite this very rude front desk staff member kicked me out of my room at 11am wanting to 50 GBP to stay another couple of hours. There were silverfish bugs in the bathroom. If you are used to higher standards, avoid this hotel.”

”A nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The pillows were overly firm, a "pillow menu" is available but we arrived late and decided not to use this. The air conditioning actually workd and cooled the room to the point where I had to increase the temperature and turn don the fan speed. The breakfast tasted amazing, nicely cooked food that hadn't gone dry even by 9:30! All big wins - thank you”
