Those were the first words out of my mouth. LOL!
The room is GORGEOUS and spacious. Super clean! And the shower - Ohmygoodness - AH-mazing!
The firepits and chairs create a wonderful ambience.
We saw 2 bears!

”The property is walkable to the Ober area and most of the main strip of gatlinburg. The rooms is great and inviting. Easy check in and out. Love that they send you the info the day of check in to how to access the room. Also love that they send you the link to fill out registration info before arrival. Would definitely stay there again.”
”Location is perfect if you like being in the center of the action. Room was clean and everything in the room worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Nice view from the room. Staff was very friendly and super helpful! Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was good, with hot eggs, bacon or sausage, fruit, cereal, waffles every day. Some great restaurants right nearby.
Only negatives I can think of were that the ice machine on our floor didn't work. The area by the pool is a bit run down. Other...

First time in Gatlinburg, a bit surprised that all the hotels charge a parking fee. Guess it’s the new norm. Still cheaper than a lot of other places that wanted $20+ (even the churches charge for parking in their lot!)”
