”Room was not what was advertised in the Expedia app. Oceanfront room was a view of palm trees and the hot tub full of drunks from the 1st floor. Couldn’t even use the balcony and it was the only reason I go to the beach. Staff said the room online is not the one you are promised. If that matters to you go to a different website and guarantee your room. ”

”I love staying here, however I have two issues: 1 - I don't like being forced to listen to a sales pitch for a timeshare, just to get my room keys. 2 - I don't like your 10AM checkout time. I feel like 11 is pretty standard, and most places will even extend that if you call early enough.”

”The pictures on listing were of the side that was newly renovated but we were put on the need to renovate side. The place was clean but there was poor lighting since there were only lamps, no ceiling light. The furniture in the living area needed to be in a dumpster. The fabric was torn, no springs so seat dropped very low when you sat down. There was a coffee maker but no complimentary coffee. Had to leave the building to a shared building for indoor pool which shut down after we got there....

”Horrible paint job. Shower water was absolutely terrible. Refrigerator was not plugged in. The tv was not a smart tv. No shelf inside the shower. Door latch was broken. Splattered dried paint everywhere. ”

”The Gazebo was nothing like the pictures. It smelled like cleaning products mixed with dirt, mold & weed. We were shown a room that was on the pool level. The whole floor was covered with cardboard & duct tape. The room was dirty & the furniture was old & the paint was chipping off the walls. The room on the main level was just as bad. There were tenants that looked like they should be on some kind of watch registry list. The parking lot was destroyed with little available parking. We ultimately...

”staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, going so far as to provide suggestions for fun activities and quality restaurants in the area. the room was very clean upon arrival, with complimentary room service available throughout the stay. on top of the excellent location, the provided amenities were a wonderful option for those wanting to relax inside or just beyond the comfort of their bed.”

”The stay was nice, but our last morning was frustrating. After breakfast we couldn’t get back into our room. My boyfriend had to go down to the front desk twice..the first time they reset the same key, which still didn’t work. The second time they gave him a new key, which finally worked. It took so long because we were on a very high floor and the elevators kept stopping on multiple floors. ”The hotel is convenient to the beach and the restaurants. I will say i noticed mold by the A/C unit and in the bathroom moulding. There was some water damage on the exterior wall. The staff was helpful with getting extra towels. Overall for the cost of the 5 day stay it was worth it. ”
