    The Space:

    Be one of the first to experience this renovated third-floor (walk-up), two-story waterfront corner Bethany Bay condo - showcasing spectacular views of Whites Creek, wetlands and the Indian River Bridge! This coastal getaway's first level features updated carpet, an updated well-equipped eat-in kitchen (with quartz countertops, Samsung range, microwave, four-door Samsung refrigerator/freezer, Bosch dishwasher, tile backsplash, Kohler faucet, new cabinets, new tile flooring and plenty of storage, plus a dining table that seats four), a dining room (with seating for eight), living room, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (with new vanities, tile flooring and fixtures). The front deck and screened porch (seating for six) offers opportunities to watching wildlife and taking in gorgeous sunsets. Accessible by spiral staircase, the second level features the remaining two bedrooms - each a main bedroom suite with its own bathroom with updated fixtures. Watch life on the water from the screened-in porch, while the herons, geese and ducks settle in for the evening, and the kids play games in the spacious living room. With breathtaking panoramic views of marshland, wildlife and Indian River Bay, this corner waterfront condo is great for the whole family. Everything you desire is right here at Bethany Bay. Enjoy a shared pool and kiddie pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts, nine-hole, par 3 golf course, nature walks, 420 acres with 200 acres of protected wetlands, access to bay for kayaks and canoes, and clubhouse. This community is just a short drive from Bethany Beach and the Rehoboth outlets. THINGS TO KNOW Owner has a ring camera at the front door. The fireplace is off-limits to guests. This condo is located on the third floor of the building. There is no elevator. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available

Loved it!

This place not only has the best view but amazing beds, lovely pool, great AC, and has all the things you need for cooking and cleaning. The location is so close to Bethany, Rehoboth and many other beaches, outlets and restaurants. Our stay was great for our family and we definitely want to return.

Beautiful view, relaxing and quiet stay! Love the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was updated and modern. Close drive to stores and Bethany Beach. Lots of amenities on property. Would stay again!

Sisters Weekend Away!

My sisters and I had a wonderful time away in this very cute and super clean condo! It was so quiet and peaceful... the porch views of Bethany Bay were beautiful! We will surely be staying here again for our annual sisters vacay! Thank you and can't wait for next time!

Wonderful Getaway!

The house was wonderful! Everything we needed…plenty of space, comfortable beds, all necessary kitchen cooking supplies and an absolutely stunning view of the Bay from the screened in patio! Also, the property was super quiet, which allowed for restful nights and peaceful days! Highly recommend! We will be back!

I’m a lover of the Bayside in Bethany Beach, the sun rise and setting is amazing, what I liked most the unit was exactly as depicted on the website, only complaint I have is the walk upstairs to the unit, otherwise I enjoyed my stay immensely

From the minute we drove in we fell in love. This is the first time that I rented a home that I didn't have to clean the kitchen and bathrooms before we settled in. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and has breathtaking views. We actually enjoyed and relaxed. If you love gorgeous water views, clean spaces, convenience, relaxation and being away from crowds, but close to everything you will love love love this place!

Just what we needed!

Overall a great stay. Off the beaten path in a beautifully maintained community . Beautiful views all around! Updated and well equipped kitchen! Only issue was screen on porch was ripped upon arrival and worsened during tropical storm. Reported upon arrival but not repaired during stay. Otherwise no complaints!

Mother's Day Weekend Away

AHHHMAZING!! This place was not only clean and spacious, but the views took our breath away! From the convenience of the location to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, to the picture perfect finishes in the home, everything was top notch! If you're looking for a little getaway- this is the place! I'm not much of a golfer, but my boyfriend is, and we had a BLAST on the 9 hole course! It provided an added bonus to our Saturday morning that we hadn't even had in mind. A second and third bonus on top of the many many others, was that there was a full washer/dryer in the unit, which was a God send AND the phenomenal open floor plan and kitchen that looked like it was out of a magazine made us feel right at home! 10/10 would recommend you stay here and we will most definitely be back again and again!!!

Beautiful, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. We have been coming back to Bethany Bay for the past 4 years, and this time did not disappoint. We had beautiful bay views with stunning sunrises and close access to the community pool and golf. Great walking trails, too; and close to Bethany Bay and Fenwick Island, which is where our extended family stays. The condo rental has an updated kitchen with an abundance of kitchen tools and gadgets - blender, various pots/pans/baking dishes/drip coffeemaker, etc. The Samsung refridgerator was a good size, but the icemaker didn't work. We own a Samsung too (different model) so we were well aware of the icemaker issues. There was great internet service and spacious bedrooms/baths. It was perfect for our family. The one thing I would recommend is a dedicated room with a crib for young couples with infants/toddlers to be with their parents. Also, it would have been nice if the main level shower had a stool to place your foot on so that it is easier for a woman to shave her legs! Lastly, it would have been nice if the unit was keyless entry. It was not convenient to head back into BB on the day of checkout to turn in our keys. Other than that, this rental was great!

Unclean/Dirty House

I was disappointed with my rental due to the fact that I spent 90% of the first day on the phone with Vacasa customer service trying to get the house cleaned. The house upon arrival was not clean. There was debris (including food and small items from previous guests) left all over the place. We spent the first evening running to the store to buy cleaning products, vacuuming, and sanitizing the residence including all four bathrooms. Cleaning mops were left in the kitchen and someone returned to retrieve them however the floors were not mopped. The railing going to the second floor was chipping black paint, which left pieces of black paint on the carpet every time you walked upstairs. There was black mold all over/around the air vent in the bathroom of the immediate bedroom on your right. Furthermore, after being on the phone all afternoon/evening with Vacasa I was told I would get a return call - which never happened. They did send someone from vacasa to retrieve the mops left behind, but they never sent a cleaning crew. Unacceptable to have to throughly clean your vacation rental the first night of your stay.

Amazing Views

So many great things about this property. The property has a gorgeous panoramic view of the bay and surrounding marshes. I left the blinds open to view the Sunrise each morning. Enjoyed all our time while at the property on the balcony. Inside there was plenty of room. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. A bathroom for each bedroom is an added plus. A newer washer and dryer are in the unit with very detailed instructions which was appreciated. The community is quiet, well maintained, does have a pool, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, we did not use these facilities but they are located close to this property. A 9 hole golf course is located throughout the neighborhood. Just a couple of things that kept this from being a 5 star. There is no where to wash any sand off near the entry of the property (I don't believe this to be something the owner can correct). There is a hose over by the kayak storage that you could use across the parking lot. We visited the end of May, while most of the basic cleaning was done, it's been a long time since a deep cleaning has been done. There were a few things with basic cleaning that made me question how well it was done. The balcony furniture is older and has been repaired but should be replaced. There is only enough seating for 4 people. The wifi was extremely slow and that was just for general personal use via cellphones. We missed having a few items in the kitchen (i.e. full size coffee mugs, they only have espresso size), but got by. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the property to family and friends.

Beautiful view but condo could have been in better shape

Upon our 3:00 arrival on Saturday, we started unpacking. There was a knock on the door about 4:00. It was a woman that said she was there to check on the cleaning. She really only came into the kitchen. There must have been a complaint before because she immediately turned on the water in the sink. She was looking to see how long it took for the water to get hot (which was more than a few minutes). Then she went to turn off the water and she couldn't. I pushed down the faucet from the top and the water went off. My husband doesn't go anywhere without s screwdriver some screws etc. He did put a screw in so it was much easier to turn off. Second was the celing fan in the living room. It was so dirty we never did turn it on. We had babies (grandchildren ) with us and we didn't want the dirt to fall into the room. Next was the smoke alarm in the master bedroom upstairs. The alarm went off when my husband took a shower. He had to bathroom door open and in fact took a rather cool shower for his sunburn. That night about 10:00pm the same smoke alarm started churping. He ended up going to the store and buying a new 9 volt battery to replace the one churpping. I put the old battery in our envelope when we returned the key.. We rented in that development about 8 years ago and love the area/view/location. This unit was not up to our normal standards - not a 4 but certainly not a 9 or 10. Last thing were the slats for the window. Many rooms had them on the floor and again the master bedroom upstairs had 3 or 4 missing. Sun woke us up very early. Had we been able to close, we could have slept in a little later.
