”The property was relatively nice, and the neighborhood and pool were outstanding. I would suggest disclosing the additional amenities fee with the listing so there are no surprises after booking. The was not as well stocked as other homes we have stayed in and there was some minor damage to appliances, electrical outlets and switches.”

”Good place to stay, location is easy to find, parking right outside the condo for easy unloading of the car. Seemed like a quiet secure neighborhood. Lots of people out walking dogs, golfing, biking etc. The pool area with basketball and tennis courts is nice and well taken care of. Condo beds and couch were comfortable. Nice patio area with a good view. Overall I would recommend this place and would book again in the future.”

”We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations were comfortable and perfect for us. We were able to have privacy when we needed it and the kitchen and living area allowed us to gather for meals and socializing. We enjoyed the seating on the deck to read in the mornings. ”We drove from Ohio to stay here with our young kids for four nights. We loved the view of the pool and bay. It’s just as remarkable as the photos. The apartment itself is very well cleaned and I loved the decor. Bonus that the furniture is sturdy for a toddler to run around. ”Our family enjoyed this lovely home for our family that included three couples, an infant, and two little boys. The rooms were the perfect size and decorated beautifully. There was plenty of space in the kitchen, DR, and LR for everyone to hang out and play games and eat. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The Village of Bear Trap is a beautiful community. We are looking forward to booking this home again in the future!”

”This was our second visit to this home. It is a great home for a large family to gather and spend precious time together. Plenty of room, including bathrooms. The host is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Very nice neighborhood for families and close to all shopping and Bethany beach.
