Excellent communication with property manager with immediate response. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and looking forward to come back.”

”My husband and I had a very quiet and relaxing vacation at this beach condo. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Diane was a great super host. She made check in easy and our stay enjoyable. We love the location. We had a wonderful seafood dinner at Big Fish and liked shopping at nearby outlets. We especially love being close to downtown shops, restaurants, and the beach. We are planning to come back to rent bikes to explore the nearby bike trails and use the 2 community pools and...

”My 12 yr old and I spent labor day weekend here. It was perfect for the 2 of us but plenty of room for more. View was spectacular, esp for the fireworks show in downtown Bethany. Sea Colony never disappoints, we've stayed here many times.”

”The stay was great for the little tume i spent there. The only issue was the fridge didnt work. I put stuff in the freezer to make it cool. I did try to call the contact person and the call connected and was disconnected.”

”Would definitely stay here again! Perfect location, condo was well equipped including towels and sheets - beautiful view of the ocean as soon as you walk in ! Parked our car at check in and didn’t need it again til we checked out . We walked everywhere from shopping to eating. Very sad to leave but we will be back !”
