”We booked this property because it was very close to a venue we were attending a wedding at, I had booked three rooms and requested one room to be a twin, despite me telephoning twice to check, but when we checked in it was still made up as a double, but it was quickly rectified. ”Clean, good place to staff for a night before a flight”

”I feel bad that I have had to give a mix rating because I feel everything about our stay was going well until I suffered food poisoning. I woke up at 2am in a lot of pain and spent two hours in the bathroom vomiting. Earlier that day I had the king prawns and at dinner I had the flat iron steak. Immediately after my dinner I felt a discomfort but did not think anything of it. ”Not what I expected. The room itself was nice and the environment guite cute but two major issues with the stay. 1. The room temperature must`ve been above 30 degrees (even if the temperature outside was +15). Room facing the street so opening the window felt like sleeping on the street. Not a good choice if you need to get some proper rest.”

Bus stops are right outside the premises for those using public transport, with frequent buses to Beaconsfield and Slough for connections to major rail networks”

Every single aspect of our visit was awesome, from the immaculate, clean rooms to the fantastic, friendly staff. The breakfast and bar facilities were also excellent. ”This was my second and last time in this hotel. The first room didn’t have hot water and after the reception gave me another room, the bathtub plug didn’t work. When asking for someone to help with the bathtub plug, the reception registered the request, however no one ever came to see the issue. Having purchased the room in this hotel specifically because of bathtub access, I unfortunately did not get the value I expected. ”

”Super stay, gorgeous studio with separate kitchen and bathroom, immaculate throughout. Very convenient for the train station and a beautiful walk by the Thames is just a few minutes away! ”

”Hotel was great full of character, breakfast was expensive for basic standard breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very large, which was great as I took 3 teens ghost hunting. Very dog friendly”

”Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music ”

”Basic hotel. Clean, nice spacious room. Bathroom needs renovation. Taps, sink, toilet etc. Room was nice with wooden walls. Great bed. Restaurant okay. Food and service excellent, atmosphere not so much. Parking was easy. Location is nowhere, so be prepared for that. You get what you pay for.”
