”Not what I expected. The room itself was nice and the environment guite cute but two major issues with the stay. 1. The room temperature must`ve been above 30 degrees (even if the temperature outside was +15). Room facing the street so opening the window felt like sleeping on the street. Not a good choice if you need to get some proper rest.”
”As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. ”

”We were visiting Legoland and meeting friends and this was a good location. Turned out to be a great location and a great hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival and during our 2 night stay. Food was lovely , we had an evening meal and breakfast really good.
Lovely hotel lots of amazing rooms to sit in. Bedroom was really nice with a view over the river which was stunning.
The outside space was spectacular and we popped over to the 'River House' on the Sunday afternoon where...
”We really enjoyed a brief one night stay with friends. A great location in the heart of a lovely town, a good selection of ales, friendly staff who make you feel welcome, and a really enjoyable dinner.
Our room was comfortable, clean and with a nice en suite bathroom, and the breakfast was really good.

Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Lots of do in the area short walk to town lots of pubs bars restaurants spoilt for choice and lots of lovely shops in the area.
Would definitely go back and recommend this hotel nice and clean and breakfast room was lovely. Nice cozy bars and places to sit and chill ”
