”It is an older hotel on the outside but actually pretty cool, lots of greenery, trees and flowers. A cool little courtyard with bbq grill and tables a really cool little bar called Sleepers that had excellent food. Wife had a very good BLT and Sleepers chili was excellent. Our room was behind the property so it was quiet and peaceful. Very clean, newer king size bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing...nice tile and LOTS of water and pressure. ”We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison). We also learned from our friends whom we visited that the Hotel was going to change owners within the next month and that a major renovation/ tear-down was in the plans for this hotel. I would...
