”Cottage is old and homey which makes one comfortable, or at least me. Nice and roomy, 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Casita and particularly the covered patio area was a bonus and under which I did much reading. The location was great for me, some may find the railroad noise a bit annoying but for me, no problem. Price was great and I would book again. So, yes I would recommend this location for a relaxing stay in Vero.”

”A perfect property for a group of old friends celebrating birthdays. The house was very nicely decorated with a cottage/farmhouse theme. The backyard lake view is beautiful and has plenty of seating. This will be wonderful in the winter months! And I have never stayed in a rental that was so well-stocked. We will stay here again. I pray they have respectful tenants who keep the place nice. ”

”We were coming to the area to help out with some relatives kids. We asked the owners if this would be okay and they quickly replied that it was. The boy wants us to stay here if we ever visit again. Dan and Shannon are some of the friendliest helpful hosts that we’ve met. Shannon’s mother lives on the property and is also lovely. She invited the boy to swing. As noted in the description, the kitchen and shower are outside so exposed to nature and such. Dan even took the time to write some notes...
