âWe had to change our travel plans in a last minute and ended up to this hotel very randomly. But it was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were super pretty and the beautiful garden beside the river amazing. Everything was clean and nice, and the staff was very friendly. âTheir staff is the best part of this experience. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Especially as a solo traveler and an introvert, everyone was so warm and friendly From the front desk to the cleaning crew. The construction happening behind the hotel was a bit bothersome, but that's out of their control.â

âThe communication prior to arriving to the hotel was already amazing and the staff was so friendly in person. The view is the best part of this hotel, especially the rooftop by the pool (which they also serve banana bread, fruits, and coffee for breakfast). âSuch a nice place! Will absolutely stay here again! Clean, courteous, full of amenities, spacious, comfortable, well-maintained, not dated, and well-situated in the neighborhood. Would have benefitted from some basic area information available in the room (like location of nearest ATM, as most local businesses only accept cash). But thatâs what the internet is for. I highly recommend Spanish Moon! â

âThis was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often.
