The pillow was not comfortable and felt like it held in heat. The area did not feel safe. I had one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had at a hotel. We booked the room for 2 nights and ended up checking out the very next morning and not even staying. We went and booked at a different hotel instead and just sucked up the cost on this one just...

”I would not recommend this stay! Hotel is falling apart. The smoke detector was falling off the wall. The sheets had stains on them. The carpet had a huge hole in it, along with cigarette burns. The USB’s in the lamps didn’t work. The lampshades had tears and stains on them. The shower drain was filthy and had a huge crack at the back of the floor. The sink water actually got hotter than the water in the shower. We had to wait until 4:30 to check in because rooms were not ready. They were...

”The suite was pretty nice. Would have been 5 stars if they had had robes, extra blankets, a little hand soap in the bathroom and a battery in the smoke detector. We asked for blankets and robes, received 1 robe which was to small to wear, especially without a belt and a couple of sheets.”

”Took me 20-25 minutes to check in . Front desk was vacant. Two other people came in also to check in. The gentleman went to go find someone to assit us to no avail. Went to my room finally, key card wouldnt wk,after 3 trips to front desk was assigned a different room. Bed was hard as a rock, no microwave, no hairdryer, barely luke warm water. Wont reccomend.”
