”This is a very nice hotel. The staff is helpful and the breakfast was delicious with gluten free options.”

”It was a nice clean room. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn’t catch in the pictures, I just don’t prefer that set up. The people were very nice. The “road noise” other people mentioned wasn’t an issue for us although we were in the front of the motel. ”

”It’s beside to a graveyard, you will only gate a view of this from the window. No elevator, smoke and smell in the corridor. Bad breakfast. Parking lot also has no cameras. Shady area.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large enough to accommodate two adults and two grandchildren. The free breakfast had lots of options and was tasty. The free pulled pork BBQ dinner was a surprise and it was nice to have the free cocktails. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would recommend the hotel to families traveling through or to St. Louis.”

”We arrived at the hotel, the entryway smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We checked in and entered our non smoking room to find it too smelled like cigarettes. As we set down our belongings we discovered filth from under the bed frame. Further investigation found garbage and a pile of dehydrated feces under the bed. We began cleaning up the mess but decided to photograph to show the staff. When we alerted the staff of the issues we were told the smoke smell seeped down from the second floor unit...

”I am leaving a one star review because this property charges a nightly amenities fee that is a separate charge from the room rate. According to the staff on site, this amenities fee is for breakfast, the gym, etc. (we did not use any of these services) Expedia advertises the breakfast as free. When I complained to Holiday Inn, they sent me the number for Expedia. ”This Red Lion is conventient and inexensive. I stay there frequently when I'm working in the area. Having said this, there are some minor issues almost every time I stay. This time, the safty latch on the inside of the room door was busted out and completely missing. Also a pair of socks from a previous guest was left on the shelf above the coat hangers.
