Within a two minute walk you are in historic Key West with more shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment, and more. They have oceanside dining and a beautiful pool. The resort is minutes away from beaches. I could not be happier with this choice. I highly recommend Opal Key Resort. ”

”Location was excellent. 1 minute walk to Duval. We booked the loft apartment. Apt exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well decorated with beautiful hard wood floors. The grounds are very lush and tropical. There is a small pool too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Big plus is FREE parking. (rare in Key West).Highly recommend! We will definitely return.”

”A nice old hotel. The pool and garden were very beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was very helpful. We had free parking. The hotel is in an old house so it wasn’t in a great condition and the room smelled a little moldy, but otherwise it was clean. If you don’t mind the moldy smell, this hotel is a great bargain. ”

”Great and convenient location, Spacious room with microwave and fridge. They offered acces to the southernmost beach for chairs and towels. Also there was laundry available and breakfast was nice surprise even though not too many healthy options there. They do store your luggage but there is no locked storage room. ”The options for accomodation in KW were not many as we made the reservation 2 months in advance. This hotel does not have any staff on site meaning that you make check-in in another place far away. And the check-in starts at 16.00 which is very unusual. The reason is that they clean first all other hotels and then come to this place. At 16.00 o’clock is extremely late considering the very high room prices without any free breakfast or anything. The room had thin walls as we heard snoaring and...

”We really loved this property. We received the upgrade for both rooms. They we re r lovely. Beds were comfy, clean and had a keurig and fridge and microwave. We had free breakfast each morning and a nice happy hour with snacks. Pool was nice and plenty of chairs. Staff was friendly and will help with any bookings. My only suggestion is to clean up the hot tub. It’s a bit run down. We will definitely return to this hotel! ”
