The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

No air conditioning, light in bedroom didnât work. No window so no air, given one pillow which was so flat I might aswell not had one. Was given a disabled room so shower was just wet room. Room was so claustrophobic and the fire alarm lit up the whole room so couldnât sleep properly.
