The charming and luxurious location just 3 km from Bellagio center is a wonderful spot for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Here are the key features of the house:

Private Garden: The house boasts a spacious private garden that offers direct access to the beach. This makes it perfect for both children to play in and for adults to relax, perhaps enjoying a glass of good Italian wine.

Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms in the house, each equipped with large double beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for guests.

Living Room: In addition to the bedrooms, the living room features a double sofa bed, offering extra sleeping space if needed.

Bathrooms: The house includes 2 bathrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort for guests.

Outdoor Spaces: The large outdoor spaces not only accommodate children's play but also provide ample room for adults to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

Privacy and Parking: Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, ensuring privacy during their stay. Additionally, there is private parking available for convenience. The beach can be accesed directly from the villa. 1 private car parking.

Please take note that the property is inside a residential complex of 6 units in total so it isn't a isolated Villa and you may have neighbors. Parties are forbidden and silence is required after 10PM.

We can rent SUPs (stand up paddles) at the place for all your stay, ask to reserve them.

You will need a car to move around, walking is not recommended as there aren't sidewalks, streets are narrow and taxi are difficult to find in the area.
I also suggest to rent a small car or a suv if needed but not a van or mini van that will not fit in the private parking!
