Ac kept the room cool but it was loud. Other residents sat on the outside and talked until late evening. I could hear conversations going on in the next room. I canceled my next night stay and took the loss because of the no cancelation policy.

None of the room remotes worked so lights/fans were hit or miss, master bathroom sinks leaked terribly and had a brown color to the water likely rusted pipes, and the master shower was comical. Great place! Host communicated everything upfront and provided suggestions for local food. Home is clean, well kept, and has all the essentials. We appreciated the fenced in yard for our dogs and the quiet safe neighborhood. Would stay here again!
