”Hôtel très propre. Appartement avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 1 cuisine équipée avec vaisselle, 1 salon. Grand appartement, très spacieux, très bien équipé, neuf. Très agréable séjour. Personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique. Très bon petit-déjeuner. ”

”Had a small room with kitchen. Kitchen has some basic stuff for cooking. Cleaning will take care of dishes. Hotel itself does not have any restaurant or bar, but here are some options in the mall bellow. Not possible to buy alcohol. Free parking, location between airport and downtown. Pretty okay for driving around.”

”Matkustin tyttäreni kanssa autolla Nizwaan. Hotelli oli helppo löytää, koska sijaitsee ison tien varressa. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta ja huone oli siisti ja tilava. Ainut puute oli hotellin yhteydessä sijaitsevan ravintolan huonohko taso. Suosittelen lämpimästi hotellia!Kaksistaan matkustavina naisina saimme erityisen hienoa kohtelua.”

”This has got to be one of the best value places in Salalah, or Oman. We had some difficulty finding it because there is more than one hotel in Salalah with Star House in the name and the property didn’t have an exact address on the reservation, only the street name. We had a full kitchen with in suite laundry, living area, bathroom, bedroom, and balcony for 10 OMR per night—hard to beat that in Oman. We were expecting a sub par experience given the low price but the room was nicer and better...

”The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were nice but the shower door was missing and you couldn’t turn the bedroom lights off without turning all the power off to the whole suite.”

Vieressä hypermarket Lulu ja hotellissa ravintola.”

”I stayed in a 2 Bedroom Apartment in Esra Hotels with my family. The stay was okay, but the price was high for a 2 star rated accommodation. Let me list out the negatives and the positives The negatives:- 1) High priced 2) Breakfast not included ! 3) The swimming pool is not temperature controlled. ”التأخر في إصلاح التلفزيون في الشقة رغم إبلاغهم و حتى عمل خروج من الفندق لم يتم إصلاحه. إرسال الجوال جدا ضعيف في الغرفة و لا يمكن إجراء مكالمة إلا وينقع الإرسال كل مرة. ”
