There was an internet outage for approximately 24 hours, which was a significant inconvenience. They were tidying up the pool area first thing in the morning, we got help with our bags, the complimentary still AND SPARKLING water was my favorite part honestly. 😂 We got our ENTIRE AC unit replaced without having to prove it wasn’t cooling down in our room. Great value & service for what we paid.”

”The windows in the King room that separates the couch area & bed area, were ratting so hard in the morning I thought it was an earthquake... very loud and thought they were going to break. We called the front desk & we were told it was the washing machine & dryer so basically just too bad. Also, the Netflix didn't work. The king bed felt more like an air mattress than what is "normal" for Marriott. Would not choose to stay here again, especially for the price. We primarily stay at Marriott...

”The Ansonborough was a beautiful hotel in a former warehouse that was well-appointed and luxurious. My room was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location to see the historic downtown on foot. The staff were helpful and cordial.”

”Easy check in process and appreciated the 1200 checkout. We were able to utilize the pool area later in the morning before checkout. Valet was easy and helpful. The room was clean, well kept and quiet. We even had a balcony that overlooked Bay Street. Just a fantastic hotel.”

”The grounds are dirty with weeds. Staff are less than personable. Smiles non existent. Was supposed to get a handicap room for my husband and did not therefore he could not shower during our stay. The food was outstanding though. On the day we were leaving the night shift desk clerk was sleeping in the room off the front desk where the soda is kept. Coke products available but no Diet Coke at the desk or gift shop. For the amount of money spent very disappointed. ”
