”Reservations were for king size bed and was given 2 queen beds. Had to make a big stink about it because they said there was no room available with a king bed. After some back and forth, they eventually, somehow, found us a room with a king bed. They did make it right by picking up the bar tab for that evening and breakfast in the morning. ”

”Our room was on the first floor and there were no curtains to close for privacy or to block out the light in the morning. The curtains that were there were sheer, so pretty revealing. Also, the shower head was leaking from the back and side, obviously needed replacement. ”
