8,8/10 Erinomainen! (2 452 arvostelua)

Suosittelen muille. Kahden kuukauden aikana olemme yöpyneet paljon kalliiimmissa hotelleissa, joiden taso ei ole ollut vastaava.

Charged three times for parking - I didn’t even have a car, and for breakfast I didn’t have!!! Check your final bill closely at Voco hotel in Sarasota. The female staff member charged my room for parking 3 separate times, despite the fact that I did not travel with a vehicle. She also mistakenly (or carelessly) charged my room for a breakfast that I did not have. Please review your billing accuracy and train staff to verify room numbers properly before applying charges
