”Place was immaculate. Said it slept four, but was a small futon and a blow up mattress. Had a good size bed for adults to sleep in. Amenities were awesome. Gave my family and I something to do during downtime. All in all a great place”

”We had a great stay at Eleven10/Mandarin. The building was quiet & every space was clean and well taken care of. The apartment was perfect for us as far as location, space and amenities. If you are planning on Disneyland or the Angels ballpark, both are within a 15 min. drive. Drive to the beach in under an hour. We would stay here again!”

”Overall, this property was as described. Great location. Great building amenities. This place is perfect for 2-3 people. The fold out couch is quite small. My teenage daughter slept comfortably on it. My one suggestion is to update the pillows. When we took the pillowcases off all the pillows, they were very dated and stained. In addition, the mattress topper for the couch also had stains on it. Once these things have been taken care of, I would give it a 5 star rating.”

”Place was very comfortable to stay. Nice and clean and loved the gated parking. We felt very safe there. The community amenities was a nice addition too.”

”The room, bathroom and kitchen were all clean comfortable. The location is close to corner stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this location to others.”

”The host is very communicative and responds quickly. Place is clean and very inviting. My teenage daughter and I had plenty of space.”

”The location is nice, close to restaurants and Disney. the only issue we had was the floor was a little dirty. When wearing no shoes or just our socks around the location, our feet and white socks were black on the bottom after an hour of walking around.”

”Grace’s apartment was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers! It features two big King beds, and when one son's cough kept the other awake, Grace sent a comfortable cot with full bedding the very next day so we could separate them. She was extremely responsive and accommodating. The apartment is very well ventilated, but the AC blew nice and cold when we used it, and the big TV kept everyone entertained during the World Cup. We loved sitting on the cute kitchen balcony for morning...

”Easy parking. Clean.”

”Arriving late didn't slow me down because check-in took less than two minutes which I appreciated after travel delays, nice touches like heater alongside AC controls plus actual desk let me sort papers quietly away from main lobby hustle.”

”Great location in Santa Ana. Owner had fantastic communication. Would stay here again! Sorry, WILL stay here again!”

”The place was clean and the owner always responded to any questions I had. The parking is in a very tight spot so don’t have any thing bigger than a car. And there’s no other parking around the place. ”

”A truly delightful property. 1920s Southern California charm with tasteful updates. So much nicer than a corporate hotel room! Very, very clean and comfortable. Communication with host was quick and easy. 100% accurate listing, too. Would absolutely stay here again.”

”Nice, spacious room, perfectly comfortable. The shops and restaurants around the area were fun to walk to. ”

”Very cute place. Kitchen and bath both updated. Very close to Chapman. Great having laundry too. Very communicative and helpful. Enjoyed getting to know Santa Ana too.”

”Quick check-in, bed provided solid sleep quality for rest without any issues.”
