Dear Homeowners,
Please be advised that the community pool and splash pad will be temporarily closed beginning January 19, 2026, for an estimated period of three to four weeks due to the upcoming resurfacing project.
To help offset this temporary closure, the Board of Directors has approved a courtesy accommodation for homeowners. During the period that the pool and splash pad are unavailable, homeowners may extend a three-session FlowRider pass to their incoming guests for use during their stay.
Guests should check in with the resort team at the FlowRider location to receive their three-session pass in the form of a punch card. The resort team will verify the guest’s reservation details and issue one punch card per reservation, which must be presented at each session. The team will also register the guests in the FlowRider reservation system and assist with scheduling their sessions.
Additional details regarding redemption and scheduling will be provided by the resort team during the homeowners and guests visit to the FlowRider.
