Welcome to our beautiful single-story villa in the sought-after Indian Wells community, Kissimmee!

With 1,500 sqft of air-conditioned living space, this home accommodates up to 8 guests, offering both comfort and style. Whether you're here to visit the nearby theme parks or simply relax, our villa is designed to meet your every need.

Living & Dining: A spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, a large TV with streaming options, and plenty of natural light. The dining area seats six, perfect for family meals, with a cozy breakfast nook for casual dining.

Bedrooms:

- Master Bedroom: King bed, smart TV, pool view, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. -Second Bedroom: Queen bed, smart TV. -Third Bedroom: Two twin beds, smart TV—ideal for kids or extra guests.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, including a second bath with a tub/shower combo.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the essentials for your stay.

Private Pool: Enjoy the Florida sunshine by your own screened, private pool in a fully fenced backyard—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure!

Pool Heating Available for a fee (Pool Homes with a Pool Heater available). It is $40/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes some time to warm up and that is turned ON, the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors which we have no control of.

Grill: $100 per stay

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool and all amenities such as free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities (washer & dryer), and a fully equipped kitchen. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Parking is available on the premises. Outras observações Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, in accordance with Florida state law. Pool heating is available upon request (additional fee may apply). A Pack & Play and high chair are provided for families traveling with infants.
