Overall the property was good. I’ve stayed at may VRBOs and this one was the most basic. We were told we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/soap. Kitchen was missing some basics like basic condiments like salt/pepper and small skillets. The items in the kitchen were not all in good condition. Also very surprised that the house did not have keurig coffee pot - I was good with bringing my own keurig pods but they didn’t have keurig machine. One other issue was with heating - the house was quite cold downstairs and hot upstairs. It was nearly impossible to get the house comfortable. In addition, the doors weren’t sealed which let cold air in and heat out. It is in a good location - close to restaurants, grocery shopping and close to parks! All in all it did serve the purpose we needed but didn’t quite meet our standards of what we’ve been used to in other VRBOs.

Disney Visit

We spent 5 nights here while visiting Walt Disney World. It was perfect for our family. It was clean and in a convenient location to Disney, Walmart, and whatever you might need. Communication was great and it was easy to work with owner. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great Villa

The villa was great and in the perfect location for all the parks restaurants and shops. The couple of minor issues that we had were dealt with immediately and communication from Andrea was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Disney Summer Vacation

We were very happy with the house. Our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren went on the trip with us. The house was wonderful for 2 families. We had the downstairs room, with bath, and they had the entire upstairs, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen had everything you needed, we only cooked one day for the 6 days we were there. We all enjoyed the pool, was large enough you could swim. My granddaughter would have stayed in the pool all day. We did go to Disney 3 days, and it was very easy to get to Disney from the house. We all had a great time. You will not be sorry, if you rent this house.

Nice-Near disney

Overall nice house, a bit dated. Had some issues with the pool and hot tub which were disappointing since this was the main reason we rented the house. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc. Fine for a few days, near Disney.

Excellent place to stay

The owner was excellent to deal with, with very fast replies. The property was a good size for our party of 5, but maybe needs a little updating. Everything is clean and tidy. My kids loved the ping pong table, which usually delayed our leaving on a morning! The villa backs onto a busy road, but I love that the pool is not overlooked by neighbours. It is in an amazing location - super close to Disney. Overall a great place to stay - I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Family Dream Vacation

This home was perfect for us family of 7. It was very clean in a nice neighborhood close to everything. The only negative I could give is the pool heat was good. But couldn't really get hottub at a good temperature.

Fantastic Kissimmee/Orlando House

This property was fantastic. The house is located close enough to the parks and far enough to feel like you are getting away. My family and and friends enjoyed the back yard pool and jacuzzi as well as the little game room they have. There are so many restaurants within a mile or two from the property as well as Target Publix and Walmart for any necessities. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. This is definitely a house we would stay at again.

Universal Studio Trip

Great home for elementary school kids. The game room and pool were a hit! In the winter it's wise to purchase the warming kit to ensure the pool and spa is warm enough. Andrea was very helpful and responsive!!

Wonderful home!

This house was exactly as pictured and was wonderful for our trip to WDW! It was very comfortable, clean, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic perks. I would highly recommend this rental. The host is very friendly and communicates very well. Overall, we were absolutely delighted with this rental.

Four Corners

Great place to stay! Beds were comfortable, house was very clean, excellent management. I love staying at a VRBO house where owners/managers go the extra step to include hotel style soap, shampoo, towels and etc. There was even a little Christmas tree for our week before Christmas vacation. Perfect location for Disney and Universal. Nice furnishings and an awsome game room!! We loved this place.

Amazing Family Stay!

This was an amazing rental! The owner was prompt on all correspondence before and during our stay. The property had all we needed and was in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! The location to I-192 is perfect and convenient for restaurants, gas stops and groceries and a very close distance to the Walt Disney World entrance. We loved it here so much we were hoping to book again for next summer but the weeks we needed were already taken. Thank you for a great stay!!

The house is So fabulous

This home was so beautiful we really loved every moment in it very clean and put together. Very modern pool was amazing. It was easy to get in and out of the home and we were in our own space. The location is amazing very close to Disney and stores everywhere so everything is close by that you would need. Highly recommend.
