Well kept home, clean other than some dirty sheets but doesn’t take away from the comfort of the home. Well spaced out with plenty of beds. Pool was well taken care of and good size. The king size bed was perfect in size along with the room being comfortable but I will say the bed itself was leaning to one side causing me to end up almost rolling off the bed. Literally only flaw I can say the house had. Carlos was an excellent host who was very attentive whenever we reached out. Make sure when ever you take out the trash you fully close the bin/bench in front or they won’t pick it up. Would most definitely stay in this home again.

Our stay was good, and the neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet. The place looked exactly like the pictures. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and easy. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider staying here again. Highly recommend!

For the most part the home was fine. Pros: Spacious, loved the pool, gated community, good location, loved the kitchen. Cons: The carpets were worn and unsightly, residential neighborhood with often times noisy neighbors, bed mattress very uncomfortable, missing on simple things, cheap paper towels, toilet paper and Yes coffee maker but NO coffee.

Perfect location! Close to all major amusement parks. Kitchen was fully stocked. House was spacious & clean. Carlos was an excellent host & was quick to respond to all questions. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but not a deal breaker.

Roaches

4/22/2025 This house was invested with roaches. Host sent over an exterminator which only brought out even more roaches. They promised they will be gone within 24 hours, (I found out later that if you do not leave your rental due to an issue you will not get a refund) so we stayed and hoped for the best. My 3 year old daughter and I were busy stomping roaches for over a day and then the host sent the cleanup crew to remove the bodies. It didn't help and the remainder of our trip was a fear factor episode.

Great Family Home

We loved our stay- house was perfect for our family of 8 . All the essentials were there so we were able to prepare family meals and play cards on the deck table. Close to Disney and other area attractions.

Good location

Nice clean home. Comfortable beds, and nice pool/outdoor space. There was minimal paper supplies and towels and no spices, etc. also, ignition on gas grill doesn’t work and there is no lighter. Luckily Walmart is 5 minutes away to grab whatever items you need. Also, updated check in instructions are needed, but, Carlos got us taken care of in a timely manner.

Perfect Disney Trip House

We booked this house based on its proximity to Disney parks and the Orlando airport! Its about 25-30 mins to each, which makes it perfect length of drive for younger kids. We also loved how the house looked in the ad, and it did not disappoint (pool was amazing). It was exactly as shown, super clean and the propertly manager Carlos was so great to deal with. Fast communication, clear instructions. It also backs onto a beautiful pond you can walk around, and is in a gated community which helps you feel safe. The garage was also empty and accessible which allowed for parking and storing strollers. Walmart is less than 5 mins away, and tons of restuarants etc. Would stay here again and recommend to everyone! Thank you for providing our family with a perfect home.
