Owner nice however the furniture was more like paddio furniture worn a lot stain a lot washer front needs fixing , and dishwasher door was not good upstairs bed in master room is on last leg even had to be fixed while we was there upstairs water sprout and tub need fixing was loose plugin behind bed layout is poor .Not enough dish rags and towels we added some Also. Bath rags says suit up to 10 that not true maybe if 8 are children we was 6 adults.Forks and spoons was very large .Hard to use

The property was big enough for a large family. The place was also clean upon arrival. It does need updating, Im very sensitive to smells and textures and wasnt a fan of the bed spreads. The owner was very responsive and kind to aid me. The club house was well kept and fun to go to.

Worked for us!

We had a large group of coaches in town for an athletic event for a 15-day stay. The price was great for a 5-bedroom property. There were a few things that could use some updating/help - I've shared details with the property owner. During our stay, the property owner was good with communication and quick to respond. RENTER BEWARE: there is a tow truck company owner who lives on the property and watches for people who are parked just inches over the sidewalk (parking is REALLY difficult if you have more than one vehicle or a larger sized vehicle) and will immediately come and tow your vehicle without warning. Luckily for us, the neighbors are very kind and came running to tell us that this was happening to us... we were slightly over the sidewalk while unloading luggage from the vehicle (which we couldn't have done if we'd have pulled up more) and bringing suitcases into the house. They charged 175 for "hooking up" their truck and said they'd take the vehicle if we didn't pay, and it would then be 450 to retrieve it from their lot. It's madness and seems to be an abuse of power by the tow truck company. Be super aware of the parking rules and even an inch over the sidewalk will get you towed, and they don't say anything or even leave a note. I can't even imagine how panicked I'd have been if the neighbors didn't come tell us and then had gone back outside to find our rental vehicle missing. I'd have assumed it had been stolen. Bring towels (for shower and pool)!

Great place for large families

My wife and I brought our 9 kids and one grand kid with us to Orlando and this place was perfect for us. This place had 5 bedrooms with sleeping for 2 in each as well as a crib in one of the rooms so we only had our 8 year old sleeping on the couch bed and he loved it since there was a TV there. On our down time days, the kids were able to swim in the community pool and even the jacuzzi on the back porch. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back for another vacation.
