Yläkerran kolmas makuuhuone tarjoaa 2 erillistä vuodetta, TV ja DVD-soitin.
Meillä on ilmastoitu pelihuone, jossa on 40 "taulutelevisio, 3 kaikentyyppisiä pelijärjestelmiä, kuten biljardipöytä, ilmakiekko pöytä, foosball-pöytä ja lautapelejä.

Keittiö on varustettu lähes kaiken, mitä mahdollisesti tarvitaan valmistella perheen juhla tai super-välipala lapsille. Syödä keittiön pöydän tai aamiaisbaarilla. On täysin varustettu pesula, jossa pesukone, kuivausrumpu ja silitysvälineet.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!1. Jacuzzi & Pool is a very big problem. Pool never got hot the entire weekend. Jacuzzi was not accessible the first 2 days.2. Master bedroom-horse heads on dresser broke & dusty-light in bathroom above mirror is out-left sink is broke & leaking all over floor-fan exhaust in toilet room not working -sewage smell coming from bathroom entire time-tub has a dirt ring around it3. Refrigerator light did not work.4. Game room/garage-Pool table was horrible it was put together wrong, uneven. Pool sticks had black ducktape on them. So we had to buy new Pool sticks and play on an uneven table. I have pictures of everything. Only received a refund of 40 for jacuzzi being broke.The Pool, Jacuzzi and Pool table were the main reasons I booked the house for Our 18th Wedding Anniversary but, none of thee above was satisfactory.
Master bath sink leaking water.
The green board is backwards.
Pool table is uneven, held up by children puzzle pieces.
Grill was dirty. We had to scrub and clean it before we could use it.

Family Vacation

The house and resort were a bit dated. There was a big rip in the carpet, coffee pot didn't work, had to replace batteries in the thermostat, and all kids games were missing a ton of pieces.We did really enjoy the bathroom off the pool, the TVs in each room, the abundance of towels, and communication was great with the host. The pool noodles were great for the kids, as well as the stroller and potty chairs for my toddler.Overall it was a good experience.

Would not stay there again

Host tried to be helpful but property manager terrible. Problems we had:Inside Lock to inside/outdoor bathroom and shower is brokenGuests shouldn’t have to adjust water heater.Pool and hot tub should have been warm and ready the evening we arrived. Hosts repeatedly asked that we send her pics of controls for pool and hot tub at night. Had to use phone light did not see outdoor lighting for that area.No bath mats. No place to hang towels to dry after bathing. Circular towel rings do not let towels dry enuf for a second use. Really should have been more towels for a family of 14.TVs in bedrooms are too tiny to watch they are more the size of a laptop screen. Wifi didn’t work well upstairs, and actually downstairs either but we could get the den tv wifi working after a bit.Beeping smoke alarm: Notified host that smoke alarm was beeping. Was asked to remove battery and reinstall. Host Advised that property manager would come and check it out and then that the manager stayed for 10 mins but smoke alarm did not beep. I Could not even reach smoke alarm but said I would send a video to host all night as it was beeping. Eventually got chairs and removed smoke alarms and put them on the patio table.. Property mngr is awful. Kept telling host that tub and pool heaters were working when they were not. We never saw the property manager. We were asked to take pictures of the controls when clearly the water was not

My family had such a great time here! They had a blast in the pool and down at the club house. Hannah was so wonderful, any questions we had she responded to quickly. It’s a beautiful community and close to everything! I can’t say enough on this home! Everything we needed, we had. We will be back

Started Off Well, Ended Terribly

Upon arriving at the house, we encountered a problem with the Nest, which caused the temp. to soar to 80+ degrees. The issue was eventually resolved, but we faced an ongoing problem where we set the temperature to 72 at night, only to wake up to 80. Moreover, we faced several minor issues such as a non-functional front doorbell, a doorknob that would get stuck that my nieces couldn’t get out of, a loose doorknob in the downstairs king room, a garbage disposal that was clogged and needed manual cleaning, uncleaned bathrooms, scuffed and dirty walls, and vents that were full of dust. The biggest issue we faced was with the smoke detectors. At 12:30 am on 3/17, they started going off for 1-2 mins, waking up all 5 kids. Despite getting everyone back to sleep, they went off again at around 3 am and then again at 7 am. I informed Hannah each time they went off, and it wasn't a chirp; instead, they went off as if there was a fire, causing us to get very little sleep. In response, Hannah sent her property manager over who changed 10 of the 11 batteries (they didn't have a ladder tall enough for the 11th). That night, they started chirping, which disrupted our sleep yet again. When I brought the issue up to Hannah, she offered us $25, which was hardly adequate for a night that cost us $731. Although Hannah was polite in our interactions, it was clear that she was not concerned about our experience. As a result, I would advise anyone who rents this place to do so at their own risk.

Christmas at Sun Palm

Cleaners were still there after 4p on check in day so unable to unpack after a long drive. Had to leave for 1.5hrs so they could finish. Hannah the host very responsive but the property management company was not. Had to call multiple times on things that were broken including the hot tub and there was no answer. Once the host contacted them it was going to take days for them to come look and we would already be on our way home. Hot tub was broken and unable to use at all the whole week. Multiple bugs were found while there. Made sure all food was in fridge or microwave so that they did not get into it. Not enough towels & washcloths for 8 of us there. Had to wash towels & washcloths daily just to have for the showers. Master TV is outdated so went to Walmart to purchase a ROKU to stream TV.

Needs a little work.

Overall a nice place to stay. However, it needs a little work. Quite a few doors didn’t latch close and the garage door opener was removed but wires were still sticking out of the wall. The pool heat was an extra charge but the pool heater wasn’t started properly for our visit. It wasn’t started until I asked if it was normal to still be 65 after 3 days. I was able to figure it out and get it started after contacting the owner. The pool was finally to the promised temperature of 85 on our last evening.

Great family vacation

This property was perfect for our family Disney vacation. This property is very nice, easy to access, and close to all the parks. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The multiple king beds were great for all the adults in our party and there were plenty of other beds for all the kids. Since the pool isn’t consistently heated, we did not notice a discernible difference in temperature when we turned it on; this did not impact our overall stay and enjoyment of the property but wanted to note. Highly recommend this property for families.

Great house for Disney and 2 families

Very convenient to Disney. House was great and property manager was very responsive and answers any questions right away! Uber was quick and easy to use back and forth to places and Disney parks. Would typically wait no more than 10 mins. House came with strollers which was convenient to use at parks. Resort pool was nice. Playground right next to it along with all of the sports activities and arcade. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect location

Everything was clean and useful as described in webpage, we had small maintenance issue but was fixed by then right away …only sad part was kids couldn’t enjoy the game room since air hockey wasn’t working and pool table was in rough surface minor stuff but overall I rate this location 8/10
