Talon säännöt

No parties/events. No third party booking. For stays over 2 weeks, biweekly cleaning is required (additional cleaning fee)
Guests must send copy of ID or no DL and signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking to avoid cancellation. Agreement will be send via email.
Damage deposit hold is required. In order to protect our properties, we partnered with a third party solution software (Truvi) for guest screening

Lovely spacious villa

We really enjoyed our time in this villa. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The gated community felt very safe and secure. Any issues we had were responded to immediately and dealt with very quickly. I can thoroughly recommend it, it’s as nice, if not better, than it looks in the pictures

Nice PROPERTY!

The property was NICE! The air conditioning went out and we suffered in 100 degree weather! I contacted the property owner and two people came out to fix it. It never was fixed properly. I reached out to the owner again, after contacting them multiple of times about the air she sent me a email offering a refund for two days but we had to be out by 1pm the same day. I received the message at 10am that morning when we were gone to Disney for the day which meant it was no way for us to be out. Other than that no other refund was offered and we suffered 4 days straight. We ended up going to Walmart buying box fans and slept with the windows up for some type of relief.

Our family of 17 came together for our annual family vacation. The property and area was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There was adequate space for everyone to sleep and park. The kids enjoyed the basketball court and we all enjoyed the private pool. Although a pool umbrella was advertised, there was not one available so we couldn’t enjoy sitting around the pool until the sun went down. This didn’t give us much time to enjoy as there were no pool lights. Our trash was also not picked up daily as stated which caused us to have a lot of trash at departure. There was an issue with our cable and when called, the host had someone respond quickly. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely choose this property again.

Amazing stay, as advertised in pictures

Great communication with the host, house is as advertised, very clean, you can tell they care about the property. Pool heat was worth paying for as hot tub gets very warm and pool was very comfortable. The property manager had to stop by to replace a pool light and was very friendly and professional. We will absolutely look to stay here again, when in the area. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation Home: Price, Location, Size & Amenities

We were a group of families down for 2024 Dance Nat’ls Competition at ESPN in Jan. The 6 suite BRs + 2 themed BRs + 6 bthrms were a perfect fit for our families as each family had their own bthrm or shared bthrm w/kids. Recommend heating for pool (Jan), as the pool and jacuzzi were a hit with our group. The rented grill was also put to good use. Pictures do the house justice and house was tastefully decorated. Game room in garage, theater room and gaming console area besides jacuzzi & pool meant you could relax on any given day w/o leaving house for a break from WDW. Ideal location: walking distance to Encore’s clubhouse for restaurant/grill & short driving distance to everything, especially WDW. Wshr/dryer means you can pack light. Overall, if you have a large group….look no further. This is the one! UNIV OF DELAWARE DANCE TEAM

Spacious House close to main tourist attractions

We had a group of 12 of all different ages and this large house was perfect for us. The check in process was easy and Bridget quickly would reply to any questions I had. The house had all the amenities I needed and everyone loved the pool. The drive to Disney and Universal was good.

Perfect host and lovely home

We celebrated with our 2 children, their spouses, and 6 grandkids for a week of Disney and Orlando. This home fit the bill with us in the downstairs master and everyone else spread out upstairs. Birgitte was always available and prompt with replies and the local property manager also did their best to answer questions. Although there were 3 different sets of pots and pans, a few more utensils, baking pans, microwave pyrex, and knives would have completed the kitchen. A waffle maker and popcorn popper and a few basics like salt, pepper, seasoning would have been nice. You do need to bring all your paper and storage products, but a Wal-mart is only 10 minutes away. Over-all beautiful place and the kids loved the pool and spa, which we heated over Thanksgiving.

Great for group of adults

It was a challenge to find a home with sleeping arrangements for adult couples, but this one fit the bill with several king/queen bedrooms and in-suite bathrooms. Was perfect for our tennis team and spouses. Property manager was responsive when we needed a propane tank for the grill and the pool and spa were clean and nice to have and use after a long day of tennis! Highly recommend this home to others.

We stayed for a nice 2 week getaway.. perfect for working from home and enjoying the Florida sun by the pool and convenience to every store, mall and park. Loved the pool. Great communication from the host. Would stay again.

Perfect for large family

This home worked so well for our family. The kitchen layout and flow was great with the large table that we used for meals and games. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the provided beach towels Questions submitted to the host were answered promptly and thoroughly. The listing provides a good list of consumables that we might want to bring. The check out instructions stating that unopened food could be left for donation was a nice surprise. We highly recommend this home

We had such a great time at the property. Brigitte was a pleasure to work with and answered me right away whenever I had any questions. The property was spacious, clean, and the pool area was fantastic. We definitely had alot of family time and didnt feel the need to venture out since the house came equipped with a home theater, play station and play room. We would definitely rent again!!

Great Stay, Great Location for Disney

Property was great, just as described and as shown in the pictures. Very close and easy to get to Disney parks. Rooms and en suites are all good sized - plenty of room for multiple families to stay and not be on top of each other. Outdoor space was also great and the pool was perfect for our two boys, ages 9 and 7. They loved the basket ball hoop! As noted in other reviews and by the property manager, certain supplies are limited with regard to garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towel. Also, no basic spices, oil or cooking spray. Not a big deal though, just need to plan ahead and bring with you or pick up at a store. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful home

We loved the pool we loved how each room was spacious we loved the jacuzzi. Only problem was cleaning crew was there when we arrived but once they left everything was great!!! Definitely will come back.
