The house was clean and nice. However, the house had items that were already broken prior to arrival & they entered the house several times without notifying us or asking. I was given a key code that did not work when I arrived. I was standing outside pregnant with my husband/son, luggage and groceries on the phone going through several codes trying to enter the home. At this point it started down pouring. When we entered the home, the washer/dryer doors were locked with beach towels inside. When the rain stopped my son couldn’t even go in the pool because we had no towels while we waited for someone to come unlock doors. On top of that the wifi was not working. They had to put a ticket in to fix that. They didn’t come for 3 days to fix the wifi and I was told I had to wait the 2 hour window on my vacation for them to come fix the internet. Then I was in the backyard with my son and the backdoor locked out of no where and we were stuck outside. I called and again went through several codes to try to enter the home that never worked. I had to wait for my husband to get back to let us in. Again, it started to downpour on us. Finally, the washing machine did not drain properly and whenever it was spinning it made loud noises. The washer would say there was 10 minutes left and then go up to 25 minutes. This happened on several different cycles. Then they tried again to tell me I had to wait at the house for a 4 hour window for them to come and fix it. Would never rent again..
