Family vacation

The house was clean and very neat when we got there. The host communication was great and super easy check in and out process. The workers at the gate were also super friendly. We would definitely go back and recommend to anyone. Very pleased with our first experience through a vrbo.

Quiet stay close to Disney

This property was clean and stocked with a welcome kit that included some essentials for us. There was plenty of towels and wash cloths for us. It was easy to get into the property and the gate was monitored 24/7 for safety. The only minor things to note was the dumpster was overflowed and had a swarm of raccoons. The Walmart that was close to the property is very crowded and hard to shop at I would recommend using a different store to shop at. Overall the stay was great and allowed us a quick 20 minute ride to get to Disney. We would stay again.

Stayed for a week and enjoyed our time there. We were welcomed by friendly geckos and raccoons who were quite a bit messy around the trash dumpster. The bedding was not as advertised and was lacking for colder nights otherwise the stay was enjoyable. 😀

Comfy Home

The house was comfortable and was per the ad. Towels sealed and clean and the Welcome package/amenities upon arrival was a gold star for sure. Maybe just a little more maintenance can be done as there is more and more usage of the place. The master bathroom toilet needs the flushing system replaced as it kept running throughout the day and night. In all I have stayed at three other homes on this Bella Vida property and by far this was the best when it came to cleanliness etc. One thing i would like to see added is better lighting in the bedrooms as at times i needed more light but it was a bit dull. I will definitely stay there again if i need a small house of this size. Excellent!!!!!

Great

We had a great experience it was so easy to check in! My kids had a blast in the pool they where almost in it every night. We even used the community pool n it was nice as well. Im glad it was gated. Everything was very close and Walmart is literally a short walk. It couldve been a littlw bit cleaner but it wasnt anything wr couldve wiped down. We loved all the appliances they where super nice. The rules are pretty straight foward and easy to follow. The only big thing was the garbage pick up. We put the garbage in the bins to get picked up n no one ever did we threw it away 2 times ourselves. Other then that it was great!!!

Great Stay

The only thing that wasn’t as shown in the picture of the property was the sofa and loveseat. It now has covers on both that I can only assume are to cover up the lack of support under the cushions. Both sofa and loveseat comfort was terrible….like sitting on the floor. They both need to be replaced, but other than that the townhouse was very nice. The owner was wonderful in responding to our calls.
