After a day at the parks, slide open the doors to your private, screened-in patio and cool off in your very own splash pool.

This family-friendly home features:
* **First Floor:** A cozy Queen bedroom and a full bathroom.
* **Second Floor:** A spacious Master Suite with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom, a magical Mickey Mouse-themed room with two Twin beds, and a second bedroom with two Twin beds. A shared full bathroom and a laundry area with a washer and dryer are also on this floor.
* **Amenities:** Enjoy complimentary WiFi, central AC, and all the essentials like linens, towels, and hairdryers. A pack-n-play is also available upon request.

A personal or rental car is recommended for getting around the Orlando area and making the most of the nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options. The resort offers on-site parking.

### House Rules

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* To ensure a comfortable stay for all, we require at least one guest in the party to be 21 years of age or older.

### Important Information

To help you plan, please note the following options and policies:
* **Pool Heat:** The private splash pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per night for your entire stay. This must be requested at least 2 days prior to your check-in.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A BBQ grill can be rented for $65 per stay, which includes a propane tank and final cleaning. Please request this service before your arrival.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries to ensure they are received safely.
