POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $85/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.

* PARKING:
Parking is not allowed on the grass or the streets. You can park 2 cars on the driveway and 3 on the overflow parking area in across from the house. Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted.
