Cozy 3 BR w/private pool

The house is located in the Encantada Resort an incredible gated community, secure and conveniently located just minutes from the main theme parks, such as Disney, Universal, Sea World, and others. With a private swimming pool! It has 3 beds + 2.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool. The Resort is one of the most beautiful places in Kissimmee, it has areas such as a clubhouse with a heated pool, gym, ping pong tables, rest spaces with tables and chairs, and a playground for child

Downstairs:

We have a self-check-in policy. Before your arrival, you will be provided with a unique door code that will be active for the duration of your stay. At the Gate, you must register to be able to enter the resort. The resort has a heated pool, games for children, a gym, and all the amenities. Encantada Resort is an incredible gated community, secure and conveniently located just minutes from the main theme parks, such as Disney, Universal, Sea World, and others.

The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay. There is a separate fee of $40 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. This must be requested  with 2 days' advance notice. Please note that the water may take up to 24 - 48 hours to heat up. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ Grill Fee $75 per stay. (Please request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival)
Please place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13 gallon kitchen bag, and can’t weigh more than 30lbs.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed will have to be purchased by the guest.
ONLINE PURCHASE: If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver them.
