This home is located in Indian Creek in Four Corners (Kissimmee) and it`s less than 3 miles from the main gate of Walt Disney World. This neighborhood has a small park with a play structure and 2 tennis courts for you and your guests to enjoy.

This community is not gated

Entire house is available. Garage (NO A/C) contains game room with parking available in driveway and on the street

This home is located in a non-gated community

Refund Policy: No payment is required 30 days before check in. Cancellation policy applies within 30 days before arrival.
-Pool Heat is $40 per day plus tax.
Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.

NO SMOKING or any other smoking-like-activities in the house.
$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
