The open-plan main floor is the heart of the home. The spacious living room features a comfortable leather sectional and Smart TV, flowing seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and luxury appliances. Gather for meals at the dining table that seats eight, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

**First Floor:**
* Master Suite 1: King bed with a private bathroom and direct access to the pool.
* Queen Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a private bathroom.
* A convenient half-bathroom is located in the common area.

**Second Floor:**
* Suite 3: King bed with a private bathroom.
* Suite 4: King bed with a private bathroom.
* Queen Bedroom 5 & 6: Two separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sharing a bathroom.
* Twin Bedroom 7: Two twin beds, sharing a bathroom.
* Superhero Bedroom 8: A fun-themed room with two twin beds, sharing a bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll discover two dedicated zones for fun. The cinema loft boasts a huge flat-screen TV and an X-Box One console, perfect for movie nights or gaming tournaments on the plush sectional sofa. The separate games room challenges you with a pool table, dart board, and air hockey.

**Your Private Outdoor Oasis:**
Step outside to your own private, screened-in lanai. Take a dip in the swimming pool or unwind in the spillover spa. The patio is furnished with four chaise lounges for sunbathing and a patio table for enjoying snacks and drinks outdoors.

Our home is located within the secure, gated community of Encore. You're perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of Orlando, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores just a short drive away.

**Getting Around**

Enjoy being just a stone's throw from the world's most famous theme parks. Parking for multiple vehicles is available on the property.

**House Rules**

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older to book.

**Important Information**

To ensure a smooth stay, please review the following details:
* **Resort Amenities:** Access to all clubhouse and water park amenities (including community pools and gym) is not available for guests.
* **Pool & Spa Heat:** This is an optional service available for $30 + tax per night for your entire stay. It must be requested at least 2 days before check-in. Please note the spa is a spillover spa, not a separate hot tub, and will be heated to the same temperature as the pool.
* **Barbecue/Grill:** A grill with a propane tank can be rented for $65 + tax for the entire stay. This must be requested before your check-in date.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries to the property.
* **Concierge Services:** We can assist with arranging ,park tickets, grocery shopping, and more.܏
