IMPORTANT - The resort HOA requires one (1) access card per guest vehicle at a cost of $20 per card with a maximum of six (6) vehicles allowed per property. Day visitors do not require access cards. EV Stations available for resort guests

Less than 5 minutes away, visit Sunset Walk and browse the wonderful shops and restaurants. Also, 5 minutes away, visit the Island H2O Water Park.

Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise, a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. BBQ Grill rental is available for an additional price. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
5. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags; all cardboard should be broken down. Please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community setup. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near the front door to be taken away by Resort Service.
6. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.
7. This will be a self-catering house.
8. Note: there is no oil/salt / pepper available in the property, but there is a Publix Supermarket and Walmart nearby.
9. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.
