Sat on one of the signature lake lots just a few hundred yards from the club house and all its facilities this property is the perfect place to relax after all that time spent in the parks.

Emerald Island is a fantastic resort which offers so much, 24 hour security guards the community, But once inside, you feel as if you have entered a special reserve, Emerald Island is surrounded by a conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres, With wooded acres in the middle and lakes all around this really is a fantastic safe community for you to use at your leisure.

The club house has all amenities as well, from large pool to internet and video arcade, along with a play area for the younger children and fitness and sauna for the older there really is plenty to do you won't want to leave.

The home itself is a 4 bedroom home which comfortably sleeps more, With its own private heated pool sat directly on the lake, and fully fitted kitchen, Brand New Superbly equipped Air Conditioned and a Games room.

You choose whether to relax in one of two living areas or snuggle down to watch TV with cable,.

The master bedroom suite has a full walk in shower as well as a large corner bath, add to this the large walk in wardrobe and TV, and a view of the lake from the window.

Three further bedrooms serviced by the second bathroom with bath and shower also having fitted wardrobe space.

The villa is perfectly fitted out with everything you require to make your holiday stress free and one to remember.

KITCHEN

Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with built in ice-maker, along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware.

Dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for six people.

Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

GAMEROOM

To keep you entertained we have located a gameroom in the garage area. Including a pool table. Please that parking motor bikes and cars aren't allowed in the garage.

The garage floor in this property has been painted and sealed . It’s sole purpose is for guests to use it for a games room only.

The floor is not strong enough to take the weight of any type of motor vehicle / trailer or heavy objects.

After a long day at the theme parks, exploring, golfing or on a free day, enjoy relaxing in our swim in the private pool or play in the games room. These homes are the right size for your group. Included with this home are all the resort community features. You will have a vacation that will always be remembered! Please note you can also pre-book the pool heat for your home for an extra fee.

The Resort

A genuine 5 minutes from Walt Disney World® and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this "island" serves as a haven from the outside world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination, with millions of visitors a year, has to offer. You are so close to Disney that you can often view Epcot's fantastic evening Firework displays from the 50ft long lanai whilst sipping your favorite cocktail. Universal Studios and Seaworld are just a short 20-minute journey.


Emerald Island Resort is a luxurious gated resort community, with manned Gate House, located in West Kissimmee. The community is surrounded by Conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the heart of the community. Once inside, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve. The resort facilities are further enhanced at the Clubhouse with an open air heated pool, spa, sauna, multi-gym; a planned sundry shop and snack bar as well as a meeting room for informal gatherings. In the internet café area, computers and video games are provided for guests use.

Please note that the resort charge $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property.

The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts and a trail for walking, jogging or biking winds through the community's natural woodland setting. This is the place to be after a hectic day at the parks.
