Welcome to Gilded Parasol by Shine Villas at Remington Golf Community.

The Gilded Parasol by Shine Villas sleeps up to 10 and is located at the heart of the Guard Gated Remington Golf Community which boasts an 18 hole championship golf course with full practice area.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, with private pool was built in 2005 on a large corner lot in the heart of the community, meaning there is space all around to breath and enjoy the Blue Sky and the Green Surroundings that are all things Florida.

Remington Community offers amenities such as a community pool, tennis courts fitness center, basketball courts, playground, and walking trails, with exercise stations.

We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. Selfie ID is required to rent this home.

All Bedrooms have smart TVs on the walls (installed after photos were taken) allowing you to connect your favorite streaming accounts. The main living area has a large TV with Cable Service.

LIVING AREA

When you enter the home, you are drawn in through the kitchen and living areas which are the heart of this home (there are two tables to dine at including outside) the peaceful Sitting Room leading to the pool area with gorgeous peaceful views out to the pool area.

LAUNDRY

There is a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and pool towels.

POOL Area

Loved by all is the outdoor living space. Relax on the sun loungers or patio chairs and enjoy al fresco dining.



POOL HEAT

* The pool can be heated on request and for an additional charge.

* Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer.

* Pool heaters are set to 88 degrees F when activated, the actual water temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed. An achieved temperature of a maximum of 15 to 20 degrees above the ambient temperature is typical for the pool when pool heat is activated, and the outside conditions are warm.

* The pool heater runs for approximately 10-12 hours each day, when the pool pump is set to run and will turn off overnight. Although where heat is selected, the spa heat will continue to operate when activated day or night.

POOL HEAT OPTIONAL EXTRA PRICING

* The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($200 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.

* Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay. Exceptions can be made to stays longer than 14 nights.

* Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Where requested closer to arrival or after arrival, an activation fee may apply.

* Example: Pool heat will cost $245 including tax for a 7 night stay if requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival.

For the BBQ grill, We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced, safe and clean grill to you with a full tank of propane. Please contact us to confirm the current size options.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial startup of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:

* 1 x roll of paper towels

* 1 x dish sponge

* 2 x dishwasher tablets

* 1 x small dish soap

* 1 x trash bag per bin

* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom

* 2 x sachets of laundry soap

* Small hand soaps in each bathroom

* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within a couple of miles.

* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

Pets Considered

We love animals! Pets are CONSIDERED (please contact us before booking for confirmation if you are intending to bring a pet) - Fees and Restrictions Apply and are normally $150 per animal under 30LBs for stays of less than 14 nights (different fees may apply for longer stays). You must contact us in advance to confirm if your pet may be allowed in the home. Any non-authorized pets reported at the home are grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund for unused portions of the stay.

We may also charge an additional refundable security deposit for guests who will be bringing pets. It will be refunded back to you the soonest we can confirm that no damages or unreasonable additional cleaning were incurred during or required after your stay.



UPON BOOKING, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE:

- Identification in the form of Driver’s License or similar

- ID selfie

- The names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property

- Signed rental agreement

All these items must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund. This process is to protect guests and our homeowners.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and required an agreement that no parties or ‘gatherings’ are permitted at this home.
