Spark of Imagination has a newly renovated game room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a private pool with hot tub with FREE pool heat, custom themed rooms throughout, new carpeting, new showers, and so much more; this home will take you on the magical journey of a lifetime!

The moment you enter, you'll be greeted with a beautiful home professionally designed to relax. You have 2 living areas to unwind and also formal dining seating with subtle hidden Mickey's - can you find them all? The fully-stocked kitchen features all the amenities from home with stainless steel appliances, multiple small appliances for convenience, and an eat in breakfast table. The bedrooms all feature beautiful touches of comfort including cable TV in each room and streaming access.

Outside you’ll find the full size pool and spa, heated for free on every stay, that you’ll be sure to enjoy hours splashing! The enclosed screen patio has a full outdoor dining and lounge area, bar, sunbather chairs, and bottom privacy screens. There is a new propane bbq grill included on all reservations free to have the perfect outdoor dinner after a long day at the parks! The sliding patio door to the pool from the home is equipped with a pool alarm and it also has a pool fence for additional pool safety features.

The game room features Mr. PAC-MAN arcade, an Xbox One, an air hockey table, a huge smart TV for movies, a super fun full size playground tube slide with fort area for fun without ever leaving the house. This has been voted as the favorite room in the house by our expert (child) judges! ;)

If you do decide to get some FL fresh air, you can sit on the front lanai in a patio set straight from Disney's Polynesian Village (an actual piece of Disney magic!) where you can watch your children across the street on the giant castle themed gated playground.

Windsor Hills is a secure gated and video surveillanced community. It features a large water park with slides, a movie theater, arcade room, small shop with concession, multiple playgrounds, and more that you'll have FREE access to your entire stay at Spark of Imagination. This home is located a short 3 minute walk to the clubhouse and water park!

• PLEASE NOTE: This home is self catered. It has complimentary initial personal amenities (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher soap and sponge for example). There is a mini mart on the resort and there are stores that do offer delivery for your items and groceries in advance as well.
Security Deposit required • Payment options are: Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Wire, Certified Check, or Paypal (which has credit card options) Please note there is a 3.83% charge on all CC charges/any payments sent that incur fees to the Host are not included in quote. • Dogs allowed (max 2) but MUST be disclosed and added to rental agreement prior to stay. $150 Additional Pet Cleaning Fee.

Max Cars Allowed to be parked at home are 3, overflow availability for 4th car can sometimes be arranged. Message before stay for request from HOA.
