Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

For all the Theme Parks and various sites to visit, the best way to get around is by car. Although there are other modes of transportation, a private vehicle is best.



AROUND THE COMMUNITY

The property is centrally located to all the amenities in the community. Each amenity can be accessed by simply walking within the community. A detailed map of the community will be provided upon your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is $35 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



Although we will not be there when you visit the house, we can be available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do.

🔹 Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Keyless entry)

🔹 Trash must be bagged and placed in the container by the front door for daily pickup.

🔹 Pool & Spa Heating: Must be requested before arrival. The heating fee is charged per day and must be on consecutive days.

🔹 Guest Registration: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors will result in a $200 fine per person. Please send a full list of all guests and drivers before check-in.

🔹 Departure: If time allows, please strip used beds and leave bedding in the laundry. Starting a load of laundry is appreciated but not required.

🔹 High-Speed WiFi extends throughout the house, patio, and pool area. Cable TV and Netflix are available in all rooms.

🔹 We provide a small starter kit: (For longer stays, you may need extra supplies.)
