Kaunis ja tilava kaupunkiasunto rauhallisessa, porteilla. Erinomainen sijainti. Disney-puistot, Sea World, vesipuistot, ESPN-urheilukeskus 6 mailin päässä. Lähellä Lake Buena Vistan tehdaskauppoja ja Vineland Premium -myymälöitä. Wallmart ja Publix Supermarket alle kilometrin päässä.

Wi-Fi ja pysäköinti ovat ilmaisia Kaikissa huoneissa on taulu-HD-TV. Täysin varusteltu keittiö. Nykyaikaiset laitteet ja täydelliset ruokailuvälineet. Helppo pääsy kiinteistölle ovikoodilla.

Good space to stay. Plenty of room for our extended family of seven to spread out and everyone have their own bed. The parking was plentiful and easy to get to. And there wasn't anything that we needed that we lacked.We only stayed one day on our way to someplace else. But this would be a good place as a home base for theme parks.

My friends and I stayed one night over the weekend. The checkin and communication was excellent! There is a ton of room here, so everyone has enough space while still being connected downstairs in the living room.

Perfect Pit-Stop

Place was perfect for a one night getaway. In order to avoid crazy Orlando traffic we needed a place to stay before going to the Orlando conference center the next day.Place was clean, huge, clean, huge…. Should have got it for 2 nights but live and learn. I would recommend to a family and/or group of friends.

Great location

Quiet and gated neighborhood. Great location, close to a great variety of restaurants and attractions. Property was clean. Ricardo was quick to respond and a great host. We did not use the kitchen so unsure of how well it is stocked. Only compliant is all the beds are loud and not comfortable. Every toss and turn woke each other up. We only stayed 2 nights so it was manageable. Only recommendation is to supply a few more towels. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Birthday Trip

We were only staying for a quick 2 day trip and enjoyed the stay. The rental was close to many shops as well as attractions (we went to Aquatica). The home was nice needs a few cosmetic updates, and some of the TVs did not work in the rooms, but worked perfect for us, only thing is there were no wash cloths for showering but I had brought some. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay! Perfect spot close to Disney!

This is our second time staying at Lucaya Village and we loved it again! Communication with Ricardo was wonderful, the property is beautiful and we got great use of the pool and hot tub area. Location is great if you're planning to visit Disney or Universal. We will be staying here again!

The perfect place for a family holiday in Orlando! 5*****

This property couldn't have been more perfect for us! As a group of 6 adults, it was spacious, clean, tidy and was everything that we needed for the 16 nights that we stayed. It was super helpful to have use of a washer, dryer, dishwasher, huge refrigerator and oven / microwave. Also having 3 bathrooms was perfect for 6 adults. The location of the Resort is absolutely ideal for travelling to and from both Disney and Universal theme parks at any time of the day, and a very straight forward drive from the airport. Very easy to find, and check-in was incredibly simple. With Walmart less than a mile away, shopping for a last minute snack after a day at the parks is really simple The resort itself is gated, so feels very safe and has a lovely pool and gym area. It was also very quiet when we stayed. Ricardo was the perfect host and was very quick to answer any queries that we had in the lead up to the stay. Gate codes, door codes and wifi codes were emailed in good time. The only criticism is that it would have been nicer to have thought more about the length of stay of the next guest. We could have done with more dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and towels etc. When you're on holiday, you don't want to have to think about shopping for these essentials and having to wash the same towel three or four times throughout your stay. Regardless of that, we would 100% book with Ricardo again, and would love to stay at this property for a future vacation. We would recommend it to anyone!

Good place to stay. We didn’t have washcloths and one bathroom had old soap in the shower. Not sure if they are cleaning between stays or not.

Perfect choice

Could not have been better, we had a great time. Clean as a whistle and very accommodating. Would highly recommend, hot water, comfortable beds and cool air. Pool and hot tub were great too!

Overnight stay

We were very pleased with our overnight stay March 2023. The home was just as described and very comfortable and clean. We were not able to use most of the amenities included as we arrived later in the day and left early the next morning. Ricardo was immediately responsive to our messages and updated us promptly when checking in which was easy. We felt safe as this is in a gated community. The location is great as we spent our day in Disney Springs prior to checking in and was a quick and easy drive. There is a Publix nearby and a coffee shop(Juan Valdez cafe) which was very good. We had 6 people and had plenty of room and were surprised at the large size of the walk-in closets. I will definitely look to stay here again and would be very comfortable staying for a longer period of time. Overall, I definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful property close to Disney!

We had an amazing stay here! The property is large, quiet, clean, and has ample parking. The clubhouse/pool/hot tub area are all very nice as well. Communication with Ricardo, the property owner, was great. Will be staying her again!

Very pleased!

House was beautiful and clean! The sheets were so soft which was a nice surprise! Great location for stores and restaurants, and only took 15 minutes to get to the parks! 100% would recommend staying here! Wish we could have stayed longer

Good enough

It was good for what we needed - enough space, a kitchen, close to Disney. It was nice that there was a little playground in the complex. But the place wasn't perfect. We had some issues with check in, the rooms had no curtains, only blinds which let in a lot of light and made it hard to sleep, and the place generally was a little careworn. It definitely felt like a vacation rental and not a home. Still a good value for the money and convenient base for our central Florida trip.

Amazing Condo!

A great condo, plenty of beds and amenities and so close to Disney property! We appreciated the kitchen appliances that were furnished as well as the extra pillows and children’s items. Also great Wi-fi and TV provider! We will hopefully book this same property again! Thank you!

Holiday fun

This was a great find! High marks for this property!! Perfectly clean, roomy for us- four adults. Location to theme parks, shopping and restaurants super convenient. Safe and secure with off road sidewalks for a morning run. Outfitted with kitchen ware, bring your own paper and laundry goods. We would revisit without hesitation.
