We wish you a warm welcome to this luxurious private pool home, which is ideally situated just off Hwy 192 with great access to Central Florida's vast array of attractions. Being only 15 minutes from Disney makes this the perfect base for your dream vacation. The Floridian open plan layout has vaulted ceilings, ceramic tiled flooring, and is tastefully furnished. The stylish decor throughout gives a real touch of class! The family room with two 3-seater couches, love seat and smart TV conveniently leads directly through the sliding patio doors out to the private pool. The large pool area is extremely private; secluded from other properties and backs onto a picturesque conservation area. An underwater pool light and ambient lighting around the pool makes those evening dips more than just a dream. And when you’re not basking in the sun during the day, there is a small lanai area for shade. You’ll find plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating. There are smart TVs and ceiling fans in every bedroom with plenty of closet space and drawers too. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the first (ground) floor. Upstairs there are two kids’ bedrooms with twin beds, and a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The shared bathroom is easily accessed from the two twin bedrooms. All three full bathrooms are modelled in a high-end hotel style with a rain shower in the master bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor at the front of the home. The spacious kitchen includes every modern convenience, including a large range/oven with ceramic top, large fridge-freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, double sink and all the countertop appliances you’ll need. Either side of the kitchen are two dining areas, as well as bar stools at the breakfast bar. There’s plenty of excitement in store for you in the game room, which has a 7ft pool table, air hockey, foosball, table tennis and a soft tip darts board!


Located in Windward Cay, a quiet community just off Hwy 192, which is perfectly located for Disney and all major attractions with Medieval Times, shops, and bars within walking distance. There is a Walmart Supercenter just 1.6 miles away.

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured; you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.

A pack n play, highchair and park stroller are available. Please request this when you book if you would like to use them during your stay.
